Know Your Rights as a BD Player

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the bajj platform, including the website at bajj.one and the bajj mobile application. By accessing or using bajj in any way — browsing, registering, depositing, playing, or withdrawing — you accept these Terms without reservation.

bajj reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of bajj after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. bajj will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

These Terms should be read alongside bajj's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bajj.

02 Eligibility

To register and use bajj, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bajj employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bajj platform.

By registering on bajj, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. bajj reserves the right to close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, and to void any bets placed by ineligible players.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one bajj account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering on bajj, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajj account password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify bajj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bajj will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

bajj processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees on bajj — what you deposit is what appears in your account balance, and what you withdraw is what you receive.

Deposits on bajj are processed using the payment methods listed on the bajj deposit page. bajj does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party accounts. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (subject to change — check the deposit page for current limits).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (subject to change — check the withdrawal page for current limits).
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours under normal circumstances.
• bajj may request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your name.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

bajj offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.

General rules that apply to all bajj bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• bajj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested.
• bajj reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering process.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on bajj are provided by licensed third-party game developers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. bajj does not modify game outcomes or RNG results. All game results are final once confirmed by the game server.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection or server error — bajj will attempt to resolve the round based on the game server's recorded state at the time of the fault. If a round cannot be resolved, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account. bajj's decision in such cases is final.

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the game server.
• bajj is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• bajj reserves the right to void bets placed during a technical error that resulted in incorrect odds or game conditions being displayed.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bajj. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one bajj account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the bajj platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money through the bajj platform.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bajj staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with bajj's platform software.

08 Responsible Gaming

bajj is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladesh players. The platform provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are available to every registered player at no cost.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your bajj account.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after extended play sessions.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from bajj.
• Reality checks: Regular prompts showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

09 Privacy and Data

bajj collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on bajj, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

bajj uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. bajj does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform, and with authorities when legally required.

bajj uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for notifying bajj immediately if you suspect a breach.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bajj platform — including but not limited to the bajj logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the property of bajj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bajj content without prior written permission from bajj. Unauthorised use of bajj's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajj's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

bajj is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand game rules or bonus terms.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Technical failures caused by third-party game providers or payment processors.

12 Account Termination

bajj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bajj reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to bajj or other players.
• The player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also close their own bajj account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within 5–10 business days.

13 Changes to Terms

bajj may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at bajj.one/terms-conditions. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using bajj and close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of bajj after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
